返品・交換について

当店では、商品に不良・破損がある場合、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り、返品・交換・返金を承ります。

お客様都合による返品・交換（イメージ違い、注文間違いなど）はお受けしておりません。

不良品・誤配送の場合

商品に問題がございましたら、商品到着後7日以内を目安に、注文番号と商品の状態が分かる写真を添えて、下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

内容を確認のうえ、交換または返金についてご案内いたします。返品が必要な場合、不良品・誤配送による返送料は当店が負担いたします。

なお、法令に基づくお客様の権利は、本ポリシーによって制限されません。

Returns and Exchanges

At SHIBANO & Co., we accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for defective or damaged products, or when an incorrect item has been delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering mistakes, or personal preferences.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for an exchange or refund. If a return is required due to a defective or incorrect item, SHIBANO & Co. will cover the return shipping costs.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
