第1条｜適用範囲

本利用規約は、SHIBANO & Co.（以下「当店」）が運営するオンラインストアにおける商品の閲覧、購入および関連サービスの利用に適用されます。

お客様は、本ストアをご利用いただくにあたり、本規約をご確認ください。

第2条｜商品および価格

商品の価格、仕様、在庫状況は、各商品ページに表示します。

当店は、必要に応じて商品の価格や販売内容を変更する場合があります。すでに成立したご注文については、法令上認められる場合を除き、変更後の価格を適用しません。

第3条｜注文および支払い

お客様は、当店が提供する決済方法により商品をご購入いただけます。

ご注文後、在庫不足、配送上の問題、その他やむを得ない事情により、ご注文をお受けできない場合があります。その際は速やかにご連絡し、お支払い済みの代金について必要な返金処理を行います。

第4条｜配送

配送方法、送料、配送予定日については、購入手続き時または商品ページに表示する条件に従います。

海外配送の場合、配送先の国や地域により、関税、輸入税、その他の費用が発生する場合があります。これらの費用の負担については、購入時に表示する配送条件をご確認ください。

第5条｜返品・返金

返品・交換・返金は、当店が別途定める「返品・返金ポリシー」に従います。

不良品、破損品、誤配送の場合には対応いたします。お客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。

ただし、適用法令により認められる消費者の権利を制限するものではありません。

第6条｜知的財産権

本ストアに掲載されている文章、画像、ロゴ、デザイン等の権利は、当店または正当な権利者に帰属します。

権利者の許可なく、これらを商業目的で複製、転載、使用することを禁止します。
